How do I cancel my health or dental plan?

To cancel for all household members:

  • On your dashboard, select "Cancel" and follow the prompts to cancel qualified health or dental plans for all household members.

To cancel for one household member, or to cancel Apple Health coverage:

  • Select "Report a change" from your dashboard, and answer "Yes" to the question "I need to add or remove someone from my household."
  • On the household members screen, select "Edit on the household member you want to cancel coverage for."
  • Select "No" to the question, "Does this person want to apply for coverage or continue existing coverage through Washington Healthplanfinder?" and save your selection.
  • Continue through the application and E-sign to submit the changes.

You should receive an email confirming coverage cancellation after canceling coverage.
