I forgot my Healthplanfinder account password. What should I do?
To get a temporary password that will allow you to sign in to your account again, click on “Forgot your password?” from the Washington Healthplanfinder homepage in the Sign In box. You will be prompted to enter your Washington Healthplanfinder username and email address. If the information you provide matches what we have on record, you will receive an email with a temporary password. Use that temporary password to sign in. You’ll be prompted to change your password right away.
If you don’t receive an email with your temporary password, please check your junk or spam folder.
